If feeling stressed and willing to ask for help...

Feeling Stressed?

This can be a tough time of the year for many reasons – weather, holidays, expectations.  There are confidential resources available to help you cope.  Haines is a caring community, and sometimes we individually need to reach out for care.  These resources were created because of the recognition that people get overwhelmed from time to time and these organizations exist to help you or someone you know through it.
