NOTICE OF ASSEMBLY DECISION ON BIG SALMON VENTURES CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (CUP) APPEAL

The Assembly adopted the Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law posted here on April 8th, 2014. This is the Borough’s final action on this CUP application. Any person eligible to file an appeal from this decision per HBC 18.30.060(D) must do so not later than May 17th , 2014.
