Public Notice Off-Premises Signs

Avoid Fines!  If you have a sign that displays a message related to commercial or noncommercial activity not offered or conducted on the property where the sign is located, please remove it. Off-premises signs are prohibited in the townsite planning/zoning district, per HBC 18.90.070(E).
