Trespass Form

Citizens and businesses can issue trespass notices to people they wish to trespass from their property.To do so complete the following steps:

     1. Download, fill out and print off 2 copies of the trespass form

     2. Serve a copy of the trespass to the subject

     3. Retain a copy for your records

If the subject returns to your property, contact the police department (766-2121) and report the trespass. Please be prepared to show the police officers the served trespass order.
