Edward Coffland, PE, Public Works Director
Ed is a registered professional engineer in the State of Alaska and has served as the Haines Borough Public Works Director since 2019. He has worked on major industrial projects in Alaska and around the world including Peru, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and Russia for over 45 years. He is originally from Idaho and graduated from the University of Idaho with a Bachelors of Civil Engineering in 1978.
