Port Security Officer

The Haines Borough is accepting applications for a Port Security Officer. This is a seasonal part-time position, 30 to 40 hours per week (approximately May through September).

Qualifications

Must have general knowledge of the construction and operation of marine-related port facilities; coast guard regulations and maritime law; boats and marine vessels. Have the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the general public and staff. Effectively work independently and as a team. Swim at an intermediate level.

Wage

Starting wage $18.79 - 20.14
