Scope of WORK includes: Base Bid and Additive Alternate A Work generally includes installation of pile anodes. The Engineer’s Estimate for all work is $600,000 or less.
All prospective bidders are required to have a current Alaska Contractor’s License and Alaska Business License. A Haines Business License is required prior to contract award.
Earliest Field Start shall be September 19, 2024. Substantial Completion for all WORK of this Project shall be December 1, 2024. Final Completion for all WORK of this Project shall be December 30, 2024.
Prospective bidders are encouraged to attend a Pre-Bid Conference that will be held in Haines on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 beginning at 10:00 AM at the Borough Chambers. Prospective bidders may also participate in the Pre-Bid Conference virtually in a Microsoft Teams Meeting by following the link below.
