Bids and RFPs

In an effort to promote greater efficiency and standardization, the Haines Borough has transitioned to Bid Express for secure internet bidding. All bid documents are available to download free of charge by visiting the Bid Express Website. You will be required to pay a fee to submit your bid to the service. We will no longer accept paper bids for any projects.

Bid Express registration is required.

It is highly recommended that all interested bidders subscribe to receive email and/or text updates on Bids and RFPs via stay-connected page. We will continue to list projects on this page that will guide you to the project page on Bid Express. It is the responsibility of the bidder to download all bid documents associated with the Invitation to Bid or RFP. Additionally, it is the bidders responsibility to regularly check for addendum to the projects for which they have registered. The Borough of Haines shall not be responsible for sending addenda out to bidders.
