Portage Cove includes the Cruise Ship Dock and the Small Boat Harbor expansion project. Provided is a selection of documents over the past 10+ years of changes and upgrades. The Portage Cove Trail reports include a plan by Corvus Designs (2016), a Framework by James Corner Field Operations (2019) and construction plans by ProHNS (95% in 2021).
